Two Separate Processes for Inside or Outside of British Columbia - Marks on the Transcript
Outside BC – GPA Universities Post-secondary Institutes outside of BC begin requesting self-reported Term 1 marks to grant conditional acceptance. Students receive their Term 1 marks on Dec 11. Remember acceptance is conditional upon graduating in June and maintaining good marks, confirmed in late July. Inside BC - GPA Universities Self-report Term 2 marks to the post-secondary universities which have this service. Term 2 report card will be viewable March 11. Use your personal site (Login) on the universities' website to self-report. Not all post-sec’s have self-reporting sites.
If any post-secondary institute doesn't have a self-reporting system and requests a transcript (ie. limited enrolment program) and even though you have activated your online “Post-secondary Information Choices” form for Grad Trans, still send it to them.
